Total Visa

Total Visa does not believe I was a victim of identity theft, and they are still charging my closed account. They say I am responsible. I've sent them all the information, including the police report. They still say I wasn't hacked. Bad company.

RUN, don't walk away from this card. I paid the balance in full via my debit card and when I checked to see if the payment had posted, four days after paying, it showed they received the money but didn't post it to my account. I called and talked to someone named Chris, who barely spoke English, and he confirmed they received the payment and have the money but since I didn't use a 'confirmed' payment method, it wouldn't post until 14 days after I made the payment. I asked to speak with the supervisor, John, and he stated that paying by debit card is an 'unconfirmed' form of payment and if I had mailed them a check or cash, the payment would have posted immediately. Excuse me, but what? How is a piece of paper that can bounce a confirmed form of payment and a direct payment from my debit card isn't? They both confirm that they have the money, and I have proof that it was taken out of my checking account. Please make this make sense.

I suppose it's probably a good card for helping to establish or improve your credit score. However, their app and website are terrible. I literally wrote down my username and password, tried to sign in, and it would always say it was wrong. It finally became such an inconvenience that I just canceled the card and closed the account.

Great card, never missed a payment since it's due later in the month than my other accounts. So I will be on time and not late; it helps a lot knowing I can change my due dates.

I found an error on my statement and they refused to help me with the situation. I was charged $199.00 after agreeing to $19.99. I returned the item as they suggested, unopened, and Total would not contend with the company.

The initial credit limit is low, but you can get a credit increase after 6 months. Payments turn into points for rewards that unlock after the account has been open for 6 months.

There was a payment made on October 9th. I was not informed about the payment not going through. Then, in the third week of October, I sent another payment before the due date, which was October 11, 2023. Another thing about the total is that they will not close your account once you pay. They're always looking for interest or something to tag you with so they can keep the account open. I just talked to them. I said I want to close the account. I took the card, chopped it up, and sent it back to get them to understand. I do not want your card.Total Visa the worst company that one can ever deal with.

Total Visa is a tender loving and caring Card Service that allow you to enjoy your spending and sending merchandise anywhere throughout the country and Int'l as well by going online and use your card with pride. Thank you total for not giving up on me when I was in a jam from being taken by a fraudulent individual. I'm slowly getting back on track. Thank you Total for your full cooperation and understanding.

Good started credit card to obtain a higher credit score. Would recommend for anyone looking to purchase gas and groceries and pay them off every month.

I only want to warn others that what is happening to me may affect another, I had been approved for a Total Visa Credit Card. Upon Registration & Activation MY fees were $75, After my allowed $300 credit limit fees were paid in full that left $225 available credit. But-, then, when I actually went to use card first time it was discovered I had been frauded e different times- all charges were fraudulently placed on my card by an unknown entity. Longshore short- I reported my fraud, I was called a liar by The Fraud depth. They claimed to have investigated my fraud, but in the end I am being charged. I never once had a chance to use my credit card. I only have a credit balance left now $66. I refuse to use the credit! So now I haven't dispute charges not made by me simply because the LOYALNESS DOES NOT EXIST. BEWARE

Don’t get this card. It’s horrible. Late fees, tons of monthly fees and a ridiculous APR. It’s been a terrible experience and my account has only been open 2 of 3 months.

Good credit card company. Great customer service and their payment processing is on point. One of the best financial institutions I've came across

Total visa was one of my first cards , started off at $300 now at $400 while the increases are small I’ve had zero issues. After a year they invited me to apply for there visa select card which I have now @ $300 also a great card
