I had a savings account here while in college. I decided to open a checking account shortly after joining. I never had any issues of any kind with Cincinnati Central Credit Union. My account never had any unnecessary fees. I never had a deposit held like I have experienced at other credit unions and banks. The lines were always very short, making it a quick in and out experience each and every time I went to their branch. I was able to use ATM's all over with very minimum fees. When calling customer service, there was never a long hold and the representatives were always friendly and helpful. They take pride in treating their members very well.

I've had an open credit card with CCCU for over ten years. They are a great company with low rates. They helped me get a card for going to college so I had some spending money for fun. I was able to pay this off after I got a job. Online bill pay is very easy, and secure. You will not find any better rates in the Cincinnati Area. They also have many convenient locations in the area. They don't get too bust during the afternoon so go then. Their customer service is the best if I need to go into a branch. They are always kind and courteous. Good rates, and good customer service. Can't go wrong with CCCU.
