I have been a member of this bank for decades, and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The staff at the local branches are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help, making banking a pleasant experience.

So, I have essentially been with Tyndall Federal Credit Union for nine years. I had a negative balance of $40 for a few years, but then I paid it. However, I was denied a checking account again. I do have a savings account with them, so that's nice, and I've been fixing my credit elsewhere.

Edit: I was quickly contacted after leaving my Google review and the issue was rectified. Donna was very helpful and made sure that the issue was taken care of and that my provisional credit was not revoked.

I had two fraudulent transactions completed within minutes of each other, totaling about $160. This investigation has been ongoing for months now. I went in and wrote a letter explaining how the delivery/store addresses and IP addresses did not align with mine. There was no way I could have been at the delivery address because of work, and I have no contacts in California where this occurred. I called, filled out forms, wrote a letter, and went in person to the credit union. Then, I received a letter the day before they were going to revoke my provisional credit. I do not have sufficient funds in my account right now, which means I will also be paying overdraft fees, and I won't have enough until the end of the month when I start work again. I carefully budgeted since I knew I wouldn't have a paycheck over the summer, and now they're hitting me with this issue that should have been resolved months ago, with transactions that should not have been allowed to go through, especially since they let a pending one go through after I had already canceled my card. Tyndall has been unsupportive and is now making me pay back possibly hundreds of dollars that I did not spend or authorize. If they can't reverse this, I will be changing banks, and everyone in my family will too.

I have recently experienced a very poor response from management concerning a bill payment issue. I have escalated this issue to the bill payment manager and the CEO of the bank with no response by email or phone. I have been a member in good standing for over 25 years with no issues. It seems customer service is now not their priority, as it has been for so many years.

I really appreciate the annual 'giveback', especially this time of year. For a caregiver of a family member (and unable to work, obviously), this is probably the best Christmas gift I will receive this year! Thank you so much, Tyndall! And a very Merry Christmas to all!

I love Tyndall. They have been so kind and quick with everything. I also love the Zelle feature. I am a new member but it has been great so far.

Tyndall Federal Credit Union has been my primary financial institution for 21 years, and I love your low interest rate on my Visa card and no fees when using my debit card for cash withdrawals. I do most of my finances online, and your website is easily navigated. When I do visit the Parker Branch, the staff is always very friendly and helpful. We have our home mortgage, credit card and savings account with TFCU. We love the online tools available with TFCU. The interest rate we received on our mortgage is TOP NOTCH - GREAT!!!! We are customer's for life of TFCU.

I recently received a notice about a possible fraudulent charge on my debit card. I called the number on the back of the card and was answered by a third party, not Tyndall. They said they would deny the item and for any further questions, I should call Tyndall at a number they gave me. I called that number and found out it was the listed number for Tyndall, and since it was after business hours, they advised me to call back. It seems to me that the number on your debit/credit card should be answered 24 hours a day. If not, what do you do when it happens at 6:00 pm on a Friday?

I'm frustrated because I was told that I would have to pay a $32.50 fee to receive a debit card in 4 business days. Today is Thursday, which means that I would not receive the debit card until Wednesday of next week. I am unable to visit the Credit Union because their hours are 9 am - 2 pm, which is during the time that I am at work. I was told that I will receive a debit card in 10 to 14 days. My card was closed because of a transaction that Tyndall wanted to verify. I verified that I authorized the transaction, but my debit card was closed, and a new one was not automatically ordered. I didn't realize that my card was closed until I tried to use it today. This is poor customer service. I was happy with Tyndall until this happened.

This was my first loan with Tyndall and they made the process very easy. My interest rate is pretty good and I like that I was able to do it on a very short term because I can see my results quickly as I make my payments each month. Convenient to pay right through the app and someone's always there with an answer to a question ?

I love Tyndall Federal Credit Union. The mortgage loan went very smoothly and staff were super friendly. We also use Tyndall for our banking. A couple times a year they do member cash back programs. I get free cash just for doing things I already do.

I have just started recently banking with Tyndall. I love how easy they are to work with! They are so friendly and never make you feel dumb. I refinanced my car with them and my payments went down as well as the Interest. 10/10 I will recommend. We are switching everything to Tyndall!
