Never in my life have I heard of a company doing this! We've gone round and round with them trying to get our mortgage. I have a 730 and my husband has a 770 credit score, yet they keep asking for the same documents over and over. They're driving our employers crazy. It's ridiculous. They've pulled our credit multiple times. Why? I'm ready to give up on this home.

These people ran my credit without my permission. I called them and they were so rude about it, as if I was in the wrong. It's sad they can just do that.

Terrible company. I was informed that they would only perform a soft inquiry—nope—two hard inquiries from them on my report now, and my score went down 25 points.

This company is horrible I have had to make a dispute to get them off my credit report it's awful how companies can even do ? like this I went through transunion and they took care of my issue within a week I got this off my credit report if you have had the same issue go file a report ASAP through transunion they were so amazing my credit has gone up 88 pts thanx to Transunion taking care of my dispute(s)??? I wish there was an option to give 0 Star ratings this is not a real review if you are making us give someone a minimum of "one" star???♀️

Horrible people. I didn't ever have a loan with them, I don't know how they were able to make a loan review for scoring with anybody. LIARS! Even with being contacted, the still didn't fix this. Screw em.

After 5 phone calls and 3 emails still won’t remove the hard inquire on my credit score that I did NOT authorize to take action. It will take 2 years on my credit score that I worked so hard on building

NOT accurate as of three credit bureaus. The bank used Xactus to run credit, that showed judgements that had been released years ago. The credit score was inaccurate as per the three credit bureaus.

Credit Plus ran Hard Inquiry on my credit with out permission. They assured me that they was only pulling a soft copy. Mortgage should not be allowed to continue to do such. Achieving a Good Credit score is difficult!

The mortgage went into my credit file and pulled a credit check without my permission 14 months after I closed on my home. Totally ridiculous! It took two years for this to fall off my credit report.
