The most serious problem I've face with this credit union is setting up my online profile. I was unsure how to do it and it took a bit of time on the phone. However, the employees that helped me were patient, helpful, and attentive. Ultimately my account was setup and I understand how to use it. I am truly grateful for their help!

Usx Federal Credit Union has a variety of business. Among them I have applied to their credit card services and it was a very easy online process. First you need to fill out all the required information and they will reply to you as soon as possible. The reason why I love their company is that their rewards are excellent for the members.

I have had Usx Federal Credit Union for around three years and am a satisfied customer. I originally went with them because I wanted to get a credit card through them and being a member made it easy to get. They gave me a credit card when no one else would and it is really helping rebuild my credit. The service at Usx is really good and all of the people that work there are really nice. I just got a car loan from them a little while ago and was able to get a really good interest rate through them.

This is a really, really good credit union that I opened an account with about three years ago. The customer service is outstanding; they always are friendly and happy to help. It almost seems like a big family. The interest rates are quite good. While they are not exceptional they are better than most. The application is very easy and straightforward, and once I got in, it was great. Anyone could apply, if only with a little attention. I would highly recommend this credit union to any of my friends or acquaintances. I really like this credit union, and would not use another one.

This is a really good credit union that I have used over the years as I have become a much more sophisticated credit consumer. It has always been very reliable and is really good if you know what you are doing, which I do at this point. Every time I have had an issue they have resolved my problem very quickly. The application process is very straightforward and anyone could do it as long as they are paying attention. I also feel that this has done me many good services. I opened a checking account with USX Federal Credit Union a few years back but have since closed the account because I moved from the area. I miss it greatly. Having a new bank after dealing with USX Federal Credit Union for so long is absolutely horrible. I don't think people understand the greatness of USX Federal Credit Union until they leave. They were always so friendly and I swear... they knew every customers name and face. I always felt at home when banking there. I never had any issues dealing with them and never had any weird charges on my account like some banks do. I recommend USX Federal Credit Union wholeheartedly!!

I have belonged to USX Federal Credit Union since I first got a checking account. All the members in my family are members so it is definitely something the runs in the family. I really like that when I walk in to make a deposit or withdraw that they greet me by name and are genuinely happy to see me. I know the tellers by name as well. Anytime I ever have questions or problems they are quick to resolve them while still explaining what happened to cause the issue. I also have a car loan and a credit card with this credit union. Their interest rates are very reasonable and the automatically deduct the payments from my checking account. I really like never having to think about making the payments. Overall USX is a great place to do my banking and I would recommend that you see if you are eligible to become a member here. It is worth it.

I used Usx Federal Credit Union only once because I needed to cash a check without being charged a huge fee. I opened up a checking account with them only for that purpose. The time I was using that credit union which was for a period of three months, the staff at the credit union were extremely friendly. I did close my account only because I was only in that area for one summer, so I would not be able to have complete access to that account. It was very easy to set up an account with them, they even informed me of many options to consider increasing my income while in the bank, and I use that advice to this day. I highly recommend this credit union to anyone.

Furthermore, I loved the fact their customer service reps were very courteous. I could tell that they genuinely wanted to help me which was a plus. In addition, the service I received was very prompt. I did not experience long wait times when visiting one of their locations or when calling by phone. Buying a new car has always been an issue for me ever since I finished college. As a background, I have to travel quite a lot between where I live and where I work, several times a day. The application process was simple and facile, unlike other federal unions'. Then, like I said, the customer service was top notch - they answered promptly and gave me detailed responses whenever I was unsure or curious about something regarding their car loan offer.

About the car loan itself, I have no complaints to make. I barely notice the interest I pay and they never disturb me with phone calls and e-mails whenever I fall back with my payments. All in all, I highly recommend the Usx Federal Credit Union especially to someone who needs a car loan.
