Visions offered me a repair loan for my home, which I accepted. Then they turned around and denied me. This is so wrong. They didn't have the decency to call and update me. I had to call them to find out the status. This is disgraceful.

I've been a member of Vision Federal Credit Union for six years. It has one of the worst phone systems for answering customer service I have ever dealt with. I do not recommend this bank.

It's unfortunate that I have to write this review. My credit card account was closed without any notification. I have made no late payments and have an excellent credit report. A checking account that I rarely used was closed or "charged off" because of $12.00. I received no notices. I have had two car loans with FCU, one completely paid off, and the second one is current with no late payments. Everything is drawn on my main bank at Chase. This is very offensive treatment of a customer.

I have financed 3 vehicles through Visions with no problem. I have a personal loan, which I combined with car refinancing, with no issue. My car payment is withdrawn from my checking account when it needs to be, and I ensure the funds are available for the payment. I have been with Visions and have received nothing but help, and I would highly recommend them with great confidence.

RUN! DO NOT use this bank. Mackenzie needs to be fired; she locks accounts for no reason and leaves for the weekend, so you can't get hold of management and have to wait until Monday. It's the second time in a week, and both times I called her. She is a deceptive person that needs to be terminated immediately!

I opened a savings account since it was mandatory to be able to get mortgage through visions. Unfortunately the mortgage process was not timely so I went with another lender. I figured I can keep savings and use for rainy day. None of the paperwork received for opening contained inactivity fee. HOWEVER, they have been charging Quarterly $15 Fee since I did not put more money into on a regular basis since 6 months of opening! I called and stated no communication received (mind you they have email and phone #) but they sent mail out monthly to the prior address. I moved and the mortgage department was notified but not the same I'm told. HORRIBLE SERVICE. They said if no activity the state can take it, so I guess their thinking might take it first...

I don't even know where to start with this company. They have almost single-handedly tanked the closing of our house. This company has no communication, not all employees have the same information regarding processes and products, and they flat-out LIED to us. My partner and I are usually pretty forgiving, but Visions has made this process so horrible, that I feel obligated to inform anyone and everyone, to steer clear! In addition, other organizations and businesses in town have expressed their frustration and concern with them as well. I don't know who is running things here, but clearly, they are not doing their jobs either! Don't trust them and don't use them!
