The worst banking experience ever with a bank. They admit I paid on the website but keep reporting me to credit bureaus as missing a payment twice.

Verified CustomerRefusing to remove this account and it does not belong to me. Told me the court order from my divorce doesn't mean anything. Customer Service representative told me I got divorced from my husband, not them. Horrible company that ignores official court documents.

Verified CustomerLove the bank. They helped me so amazingly. Was happy for the loan they offered and payment plans after my old car got destroyed by thieves and was struggling to find ways to get to work.

Verified CustomerI have this closed and no longer have this car it was traded in on my fathers account to with he was a co signer with me. I shouldn't have this on my thing anymore because its been discontinued, dismissed, and im no longer paying on it.
