I have a Getcash Prepaid Card and two savings accounts from them, and it’s been a wonderful experience being a member here. They are always helpful when I need assistance with my account or have questions and/or concerns. They have a good branch footprint in Erie, great branch hours, 24/7 customer care, and there mobile app is plain but well-organized and never seems to fail as long as I have used it. Widget Financial is a really great credit union and they are focused on enriching your financial life no matter where you are. As a 22 Y/O who is in consumer reporting agencies there prepaid card is helping me get back into banking (You can’t use it for gas at the pump (inside only), airfare, no bill pay, no mobile deposit, and no external transfers but it’s sure given me a second chance and I use it for direct deposit and everyday shopping! So, I would highly recommend them if you are in the Erie area!

I have two car loans as well as checking, savings, and Visa accounts with Widget. All are as good or better than any I've had elsewhere, but the real selling point is the SERVICE! Whether you stop in, call, or use their mobile banking app, you get easy access to the help you need. You definitely feel like a member of a local credit union, not a random customer of some huge bank.
I highly recommend Widget for all your banking needs!

I'm at the point where I'm wondering why I still use widget I've been banking with them for at least 15 years and no interest no loans and now having trouble with my direct deposit releasing the funds while chime and other offer your money ahead of time and other banks offer more opportunities to acquire a loan to build credit widget has none. Highly disappointed and am ready to switch for sure.

I’ve been a member of the EGEFCU for a number of years and very happy with the service I've received during that time. They always know what they are doing when it comes to banking matters and I've had a couple of loans with them that were clearly explained and had no hidden fees or charges lurking around. The branch on East Lake is my nearest and the staff is great and can always help with any queries. You have to remember if you plan to apply to join them that you must be a resident of either Erie or Crawford Counties.
