I am a nightmare with anything that involves numerals. The folks at Wildfire are ceaselessly patient with me, never treat me with impatience, and keep me on the straight and number-y narrow. They are great. I get loans, have an actual CREDIT CARD, call any time for assistance and never feel like an incompetent idiot. This is the only in my life I have loved a financial institution. I live 50 feet from Huntington, and drive across town to use Wildfire. enough said!

Excellent attention to detail, quick, easy to understand and a great rate. What else do you want? This is where I will get my loans in future. These guys are the opposite of the terrible customer service you get at Wells Fargo or US Bank. Personal service with a call center actually in Michigan answered by really helpful people speaking English as a first language- what a concept! I can HIGHLY recommend

I had attempted to open an account, when I called and requested some assistance with opening my account, I was placed on hold for 15 plus minutes with Theresa. When Michelle (new account representative) finally came on line she was grossly incompetent, she had no idea on how to walk me through the application process. Do not waste your time or efforts with this company.

This credit union is ponderous. First a bit of history. This credit union youse to be Communications Family Union. CFCU was formed by combining Saginaw Telephone Employees Credit Union with another credit union from Flint Michigan. This was a family orientated organization with activities for all members. Most members knew who was running CFCU. We had Pool parties at the Vice Presidents house when I was a kid. I was a member for about 45 years when Wild Fire canceled my account. Anyways, skip to 2009 when Wild Fire took over. The amount of sheer stupidity that that was on display was just stunning. A loan officer canceled our Visas because it was his opinion we had not turned in all the appropriate forms, we had been paying on the loan for 2 years. Of course, we had, this person was not a lawyer. In addition, there was no apology. After that, we switched to another credit union that has respect for their members. Wildfire finally canceled our accounts I think in 2016. Forward to 2019, we try to get the payoff letter from one of our vehicles. With no account and I can't remember the stupid phone password how do I get the letter? Just another ponderous day at Wildfire.

I have been a member of this credit union for years. They say that they value their members but do not let them fool you. All you are to them is a member number. More than once now my card was compromised by a vendor and Wildfire was slow in getting me a new card so I found my card shut off with no notice. When I called them to rectify this situation the manager Mary would only say sorry. Well sorry does not cut it, especially when said over and over again in a monotone. Now I was assured the pin would be the same on my replacement card. It is not. So once again i am going to have to talk to them and hear how sorry they are but how they won't actually fix the problem. Bank with someone who cares. Not these useless incompetent wastes of time.

Why would you ask to speak to a supervisor? They don't have any sort of special ability to rectify your situation for you. if they had some magic button to fix your card, they would give it to the agents. why on earth would they reserve that for only the supervisors. unless you've been verbally abused, or personally attacked or mistreated by an agent there is literally no reason to ever need to speak to a supervisor. they don't have access to anything that a regular agent doesn't.

Wildfire Credit Union is where I got my very first account, back when it was called Communication Family Credit Union. My family has been with them for a few decades now and there was no other banking institution that they even considered for my first savings account. The staff have always been super helpful and kind. When it came to my first car loan there was no other choice to even consider. I'd much rather help out and use the services of a credit union than that of standard, for profit banking institutions. They have been so good to my family and I can see why as I've grow up knowing about Wildfire as "The Bank". The people I trust most, trust Wildfire. I'm looking forward to having a bank I trust with me as I look forward to my future career when I graduate. Thanks, Wildfire!

I have been a member of Wildfire Credit Union for 26 years (it has gone through several names). I have always been very pleased with the services they provide. Getting a car loan or personal loan has gotten simpler over the years. When I shop for a new car, I have confidence it will take just a phone call to get my loan taken care of. I deal with the Midland branch, and the folks there are always pleasant and helpful. The web site features easy access to account information, electronic bill pay and they have a mobile app. Overall, much better than dealing with a standard bank.

I have been with Wildfire for just a few years and know I made a great choice in banks. The staff are always friendly and you are greeted with a warm smile every time you walk in to the Midland branch. They make it easy to come to them with questions about your account or loans, or anything else you need answered. Wildfire has made banking for me less of a hassle. I would recommend them to all of my friends and I can see banking with them for many years to come.

I switched to Wildfire Credit Union last year after I turned 18 and as I was approaching high school graduation. I walked in and was pleasantly surprised by how friendly everyone was. I was able to set up my new account quickly and easily, and I was given a Wildfire card as well as an ATM card. Now, whenever I walk into Wildfire, I'm comfortable in knowing that I will be taken care of. The employees are very kind and competent. Additionally, the stations that they have for customers make it feel like a much more personal experience than my previous credit union. I love this credit union and would recommend it to anyone.
