This company is very deceptive and lies to you during their little talks at a presentation. We were told it would not affect our credit nor even appear on it, and it did. We were told it was a long-term vacation club, not a rip-off timeshare, and we were also told that it could be passed down to your kids. When they sold us a scam temporary deal for over $5,000.00, I have turned them into the attorney general's office for the state of Georgia for timeshare fraud and will be filing a lawsuit against them. So if there are any other cases currently going against them, sign me up. They need to go to jail or be fined a lot of money for what they do to families. Don't go to Wilderness in the Smokies or visit their resorts in Pigeon Forge, TN. They are a bunch of scam artists that will do anything they can to make a sale, including ruin your life. I don't know how their con artist salespeople can sleep at night. I have written and written to the CEO, and he won't write back.

This is the worst timeshare ever. I tried to make reservations and there was always a problem. After discussing this issue with my lawyer, I wrote a letter to them stating that I would not be paying anymore. Yes, this has damaged my credit rating, even though all other debts are paid. Don't fall into this trap.

Do not purchase a timeshare through them. I was misled regarding its usage options. They even deceived my 12-year-old stepson. I was assured I could exit the agreement anytime I desired, but now we find ourselves unable to do so. This situation has devastated my credit score and it seems they are indifferent to the consequences. They continue to charge only me, despite the agreement that costs should be divided three ways. Misleading people in this manner ought to be against the law.

They are as crooked and dishonest as they come. I faxed them my cancellation notice within four days in order to get out of the contract, while I had a week by law. A month later, I found out that they never honored my cancellaition request.

This is a Wyndham time share that I am trying to exit. My wife and I are on Social Security. We are unable to travel, yet the expenses by Wyndham keep going up. I have stopped payment pending release from Wyndham. We were sold this even when we protested our ability to travel or afford this.

You need to contact a time share exit company. Expect to pay them and wait. I've been waiting 14 months to see any action on my attempt to exit. The company I paid to do the exit is called Resorts Advisory Group. I wouldn't recommend them.

I purchased my initial time share credits in 2000 and have added to the amount several times. The last increase was April 2016. The loan will be paid 2026. They are an easy company to work with.
