- When the "Bump-Up" feature is enacted, the new APY will apply to your account until maturity.
- Interest credited may be withdrawn any time and post-high school graduation withdrawals can be made twice during the calendar year without penalty
- College Saver CD renews automatically at each successive 3-year maturity
