I simply LOVE Virtual Wallet. I have the apps on my phone and tablet, and I'm set up with online banking too. I've never had an issue, and they offer incentives all the time for things I purchase. They also have a great referral program! I'd recommend this to anyone looking to watch their budgeting and track their money management better!

I have never had a problem with my PNC virtual Wallet account except for when switching to it and ended up overdrafting my old PNC account. The bank representative was very nice and helpful in refunding me the charge. The web site and app makes it extremely easy to monitor and manage my money.

I am in LOVE with my PNC virtual wallet performance spend account. The account comes with 3 accounts linked together, 2 checking accounts and 1 savings account. The primary checking is your regular account that you spend money with your debit card or write checks from. The secondary checking is a great place to hold money that you would like to save, but aren't quite ready to commit to putting it in your savings account yet. And of the course the savings account is a higher interest earning account. The online banking for this account has MANY unique features and tools to help you manage your money and track your spending. You can compare month to month spending based on categories and find out where you save money. You can easily transfer money back and forth to your accounts with a click of a button. This is an amazing account for college students learning to manage money and also professionals who want more control over their accounts.

I have my day to day checking account with them, and I'm fairly happy. The drawbacks are that there aren't many locations close to me, which can be a challenge every once in a while. Also, the fees can get a little over the top sometimes, but, service is decent, my company also banks with them. All in all, I'm pretty satisfied with them. There are other banks with more locations, such as the big banks, but, bigger banks don't have the quality of service that you would find here.

I really like the virtual wallet. My company banks with them as well so I also am eligible for workplace checking. i have minimal fees and the customer service is phenomenal. I did have an issue with a fee once and the representative at the branch in Jenkintown, Pa went above and beyond to get the issue resolved. I am very happy with the account. The hours are great there is even a branch locally that is open on Sunday. No complaints here.

Little fees, but the fees they do apply are applied rather arbitrarily it seems. I find it much easier to transfer money between bank accounts at other banks with my PNC account than with other banks I have been a part of. Their hours are great, being open on weekends especially. I do sometimes have issue with my card being accepted at places-there seems to be an error with their debit cards that triggers a security lock which is why I still have my backup bank accounts. This is not a frequent issue, though.

I started using a PNC checking account when they had representatives at my college. The representatives were very friendly and clearly outlined everything I wanted to know about the account. Later in the day I decided to go to a PNC bank to open an account and all of the people working there were so friendly and helpful. Also the convenience of online banking was very enticing to me because I am on the move a lot.

We have loved the specialized customer service we receive any time we stop in the bank. The tellers know our name and even remember our little dog whether she is with us or not. I find the website very user friendly and always up to date with in seconds of making a purchase. I have never had a frustrating experience with PNC in any capacity. They are a joy to bank with.

Their site is user friendly, and makes it simple to keep track of your finances with a Spend Calendar, Bill Pay, Transfer to other Accounts, and even has a way that you can set aside money within your Spend Account for a specific purpose, like saving up for a trip.

I joined PNC when I saw a promotion for their Virtual Wallet. They offered a cash bonus for opening a checking account and doing direct deposit. I decided to give it a try, and have been very pleased. The Virtual Wallet is extremely helpful, and allows me to see all my activities on a graph. I get email alerts whenever I have a deposit go in, so I'm always up on what my balance is. They recently ran a promotion for their Visa Checkout. I signed up my debit card with them and received a Visa gift card in the mail within a week. So two thumbs up for a bank that has excellent customer appreciation and service.
