If I could give 0 stars I would. The overdraft fees are extremely unfair. If I overdraft 1 dollar three times, it’s 36 dollars every time.. in most cases, I have money sitting in another account, you can clearly see.
Besides that, 4 times I’ve attempted to deposit money via ATM and it doesn’t process. Then I have to wait 10 days to get my money back. If my account overdrafts, I’ll be penalized. I need my money when it happens. Not days later!

If I could PNC zero stars I would, I have a SmartAccess card the daily deposit limit is $5,000 I deposited $2,100 and saying it was over the limit and I had to file a dispute to get my money which will take 2 weeks to get back when I had it in my hands an hour before. It’s extremely unprofessional the way they are handling it. It didn’t give me an error code, my money back or anything I had to call the customer service line to find out I won’t be getting my money today but instead in 2 weeks from now. So I can’t pay my rent, my phone bill, my car payments of there actions. Stay away from PNC save your time and money go some where else.

I used to love PNC I have been banking with them for 10 yrs. I love the Calendar app! But in the last 3 years there customer service has dropped to below average I am switching banks in Jan. The last straw was I went into a branch to withdraw some cash. I showed my ID and gave them my debit card. They said my signature did not match. Ok I get that I filled out a new slip. they were studying my drivers license it expired (I did not realize that I told him that) He then asked me for two forms of id which I provide for him. He then goes I am sorry I can not give you the money. I went to a atm and withdrew some! I used to go in the bank and they knew me by name now I walk in the bank and it is cold unwelcoming and just over all bad service.

PNC has the most complex and convoluted terms and conditions both to waive fees and earn higher interest tiers than any bank with which I have dealt! Their website is difficult to navigate and heaven forbid you wish to understand their many credit cards. One page shows they have seven cards but it doesn't offer much substantive information; another page shows only four cards whose descriptions are better but don't show my VISA Signature cards.

I understand having a minimum funds policy, I only had $182 in one of my spending accounts. Before I even got the chance to transfer these funds to my savings account PNC closed my account. I find this very unfair. I am a full time student working part time and was about to get disability benefits for my anxiety and depression. Who knows how long it will take for the check to come.

Worst banking experience. I've moved to capital one and I'm happy with them. PNC is a scam company. I have multiple accounts and even if I have $4000 in one account, if another goes to zero, I get a fee. I'm just wanting others to know.

I banked with PNC for a couple of years and then out of the blue, they closed my debit card down due to suspicious fraud. The transaction in question was one that was being made by me. Instead of a courtesy call to verify that the transaction was legit, they closed my debit card and said I had to wait 10 business days before I could get a new one. All of by banking is done online and by closing my card, they left me with NO access to my money until the new card arrived. No way to buy food or put gas in my car! Im done with this bank!

I cant speak for anyone else, I have been with them for almost 7 years, ,, and my family has been with them for almost 30 years with few few it at all complaints.. Not like I have delt with the Larger Banks,,, The Big 4,,, BOA,,, Wells,, Chase and Citi... Citi I didnt have alot of issues with but them pretty much got rid of all or most there branches a few years back so I was forced to close my accounts with them.. I was not willing to drive 20 mins to get to a Citi... Especially when there was a PNC right up the street and I really am glad I did..... There Virtual Wallet Performance Select acct I am speaking of because thats the only acct I have ever had.... The acct is flawless works well.... I have seen more alerts with this bank inside the Website than any other Bank..... They have alot and I mean alot of categories for alerts.... Free Cashiers Checks,,, Mobile Wallet,, Finally being able to do Wire transfer within the app... instant issue debit card at branch like TD Bank has.... Past 2 Weeks PNC also partnered up with the Allpoint Network,,, so you can now use 60,000+ atms without a charge. Also PNC also gives you 20 extra reimbursement outside of allpoint. 60,000+ Atms free something you wont never get with the Big 4,,, only prob if you have there highest tier Checking accounts with 200,000 or more which is crazy. I have nothing but good things to say about them.. I am glad I followed my mind and went with them. PNC is definaltely a Main Street Bank.
Thanks PNC Morton H

If you are a reliable client PNC is not for you. There account structure pays less interest than most banks. While they used to have benefits for premium accounts, they decided to pay for doing away with overdraft fees by taking away the benefits for the reliable investor. When I went in to talk to them about any available accounts which would suit me better, I can only describe the branch manager as a condescending bully. I will be moving my accounts.

Truly the worst banking customer service. I thought the branch was bad, but once you get someone from another country, they take service to another level. Unless you have no choice, do yourself a favor and stay away from this monster of a bank. They don't even deserve ONE star.
