Worst experience of my life! They were given every bit of information they asked for, from personal details to the purchase agreement, and were told we were approved. Fast forward to the day we went to pick up the vehicle, which was out of state, I might add, they sent an email saying we were now declined because of the validity of documents. We immediately called to see what the issue was and were greeted with the rudest person I've ever spoken with. Stay away from this joke of an establishment!

Connexus Credit Union needs to revise its identity verification procedures to exclude third-party personal data collection. While attempting to reset my online banking password, Connexus Credit Union made it mandatory for me to provide personal information about friends and family members not related to my account. That's not just invasive—it's unacceptable. Such questions violate my reasonable expectation of privacy and may conflict with federal privacy regulations, including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), which mandates that financial institutions protect consumer data and limit the sharing of personal information. I've filed formal complaints with the CFPB and NCUA. Financial institutions must respect privacy and follow federal law.

Absolutely the worst—run! Horrific lack of communication. They have messed up my title processing on two vehicles at two different dealers, with them being the common denominator. They doubled my interest rate because they were unwilling to communicate with the dealers or the county clerk, even though it was their processing. If you don't set up auto-deposit from one of their accounts, your bill pay checking account payments from outside are always late, and they blame the postal service. Worse than what Wells Fargo was sued for—a terrible bank.

Horrible. No customer service. Paid $45 to expedite the title for a car loan, waited 9 business days to order the title. I'm on day 10 and now have to wait up to two more weeks. Their answer is "not our department." The manager said that is teller work, she does desk work. What does that mean? Useless, do not bank there.

STAY AWAY! Worst bank ever! I had a loan through them and I paid it off fully and closed ALL my accounts. They mailed me the $5 that was used to open the checking account and all that. But they still continue to withdraw money from my account even after I closed everything! I called and they are giving me roundabout reasons why they can't refund me the money they withdrew from my account right away. I didn't have to deal with all this when I paid the loan off. Why do I need to deal with this now? Their customer service also leaves much to be desired, as you can tell they do not want to be there. Now I have to close my account through another bank and change everything that was set up for auto payment. All because they continue to withdraw money from my account after I paid off the loan.

These people are so incompetent. When you mail in your payment it sits in their PO Box for lord knows how long before they decided to retrieve their mail. Then it sits in a bin or on a desk for lord knows how long before someone decides to do their job and start processing payments. I pay ALL my bills very early and have not paid ANYTHING late in literally decades. Yet these lowlifes frequently send me late notices. What a bunch of incompetent dirtbags. It's NOT the mail. I pay most of my bills by mail.

I payed off 2 loans for my travel trailers with these guys loved the company . I just received my statement I over payed so they deposited in a member savings plan instead of sending me a check and have deducted 5.00 a month since april i asked if they would refund the full amount because in this economy every dollar matters . The representative talked to her boss and they declined to send me my full refund so now you have lost a customer over $15.00 . great company to work with , but ethics is lacking.
