Your Money is not safe here. I’m my situation, I was on an account one with my husband and one with my son. My son got involved in some scam which overdrawn the account by over 8k. Why would an credit union allow him to cash 2 checks, on two occasions, with an account that had less than $20 in it? This credit union went into my husband’s and I account and took all that we had in savings. Which caused our account to be overdrawn. The credit union says because I was on my son’s account, they can legally take money out of my account that I have with my husband. We have been loyal customers of Heritage and now we’re being treated like they don’t are about our livelihood. When asked how he was able to cash the checks, because normally there’s a 10 business day hold when there’s not fund to cover the check, I was conveniently told that payroll checks under 5K cannot be held. So they blindly cash checks as long as the person tells them that it’s a payroll check. So, if all a person need to say is “it’s a payroll check” to get a check cashed. I’m furious, that the credit union cleared out our account and didn’t care about our livelihood
I've never had such a bad experience with a financial institution. I'm a former member, but I had closed my membership several years ago due to no longer needing the account. I recently tried to open an HSA online with them, but at the end of the process was told an associate would contact me with additional questions, but this did not happen. Several days later I received a letter from them stating that my identity could not be verified, so the account application was denied. When I called to find out why they could not tell me. I was told to try the application process again. Same result. I tried a third time. Same result. Called again and finally received a call back (after being told I would be called back two earlier times, which never happened) and was told since I had tried 3 times, that they would not open an account. I was also told that I had used 2 different driver licenses during the application process, which is not true. I then opened an account with another credit union. No problem whatsoever in opening with the other institution, nor have I ever had any problem opening with any other bank or credit union.

I am considered a moderate risk from financial struggles I had about 7 years ago. Things are back on track and have been. That doesn’t mean that creditors are lined up to finance leisure items like boats or RVs. This company offered me an opportunity to continue to demonstrate my credit worthiness and enjoy my passion for fishing.

Connexus credit union requires a credit account for fixed deposit. So for money coming in from investors for FD, they will check credit history. Not only that, if there is a freeze on credit account, they will not even bother to call and get it removed so they can proceed to have money coming into Bank from depositor. They will outright reject and say hey listen we do not want you to deposit your money into our bank. LOL what a joke they are
great service for what it cost. was impressed with fast verification. will use it again in the future. found this as i was searching for information

Fraud Scam ACH same day wire transfer is a week long process yet still don't have my $$ out of Connexus. Until I do, this is a scam and being reported to FDIC as so.
Helps me get my credit fixed and improved my credit. I like that they work things out for you. All credit collectors should be where they will work with you instead of making you mad and not wanting to pay them at all

Applied insurance to my loan for the third time when I have had the same policy sence 2017, then made a false report to the credit bureau, saying I was over 31 day's late, I'm sick of this crap
Scam of a company. Don’t waste your time getting credit through them, they won’t report good credit. They only report bad credit..

I was forced to get a mortgage through this institute as this was the only one offering a jump start loan for first time home buyers at the time I purchased my mortgage in 2013. Although I have been in contact with a couple (and I mean COUPLE) of highly communicative cs representatives, in the past 9 years, I have nothing but poor cs or rude cs representatives. Today being a prime example. I had called to inquire about my mortgage account being negative $$ owing as I have sold my condo and took a loss just so I don't have to deal with this institute anymore. The person who answered the call 1) sounded like I had woke him from a nap, 2) hadn't even OPENED my account information to look at it, 3) repeated back to me information I had already stated and was inquiring about, and 4) ended the conversation with "Don't worry about it", then tried to justify why he had said that to me when I called him on the totally inappropriate comment. I will NEVER recommend this institute nor it's sister institutes for anyone just because of the lack of communication between them and their clients. It took this institute 3 years to get my property tax account under control. It was in the black for that long. Every time there was an increase to my payment amount, I had to phone them to find out why and then would FINALLY get a notice a month and a half later of the increase. The one time my amount was going to decrease, I phoned to keep my payments the same amount and the cs rep actually ARGUED with me about keeping the payment (a personalized payment amount now) at the same amount. This means that they could no longer change the rate without contacting me first, whether increasing or decreasing the amount. I ALWAYS had to contact them about things or i would be contacted WAY late from a change. This is the WORST banking institute I have ever dealt with in my LIFE.
