Commerce Bank CD Rates

When we were looking to buy a used car, we reached out first to our bank to ask them. We had opened a joint checking and savings account with Commerce a few years ago. We still have accounts there even now. Setting us up was very simple and took hardly any time at all. I especially wanted a savings account so that I could stash away money for emergencies but also gain some interest on the money as it was in the bank. Commerce made this quite smooth. I really liked how they didn't try to sell me on things I had no interest in. I still bank with them today and I'll definitely be banking with them in the future.

I have been banking with Commerce Bank now for 4 years since going to college and haven't had a single issue to complain about. Opening the account was painless and easy, it didn't take much time at all. On top of that at one point I had my account information stolen and my accounts drained. Luckily I discovered this within 24 hours of it occurring and was able to alert Commerce bank of the action. On top of how well they handled the issue and refunding my over withdrawal fee, they also had all of my money restored to the account within 12 hours. I appreciated it so much and plan to bank with them as long as I am able to.
