I have contacted HSBC about the opening account sign-in bonus. HSBC representative gave me confirmation message that I can get $750 bonus for opening the account in July 30th and have $5000+ direct deposit in Sept, Oct and Nov. However, no bonus was given(because they said I should have started in August to have $5000 direct deposit which was exactly my question in my chat with HSBC and got confirmation that starting in Sept still qualified me). Later on I used online chat to contact HSBC twice. The second time the manager promised I would be taken care of and would get response in 5 days. However, after 10 days, still no response. This situation happened several times when I called. Later I used online chat and kept the chat histories. Here I copied part of the talks on Sat Sept 14 from 00:57:18 -0400 GMT to 01:28:51 -0400 GMT. I am using XXX to replace my name.
