ATM malfunction (third time by the way) ate my card and left me high and dry unable to get my money. Put me in one hell of a pinch. I was about to have a "Planes, Tranes, and Automobiles" moment with the lady on the phone customer service. The lady couldn't care less. Pulling my business from them first thing in the morning.
