What's Your Rating?
Where is courtesy? Kindness? I am thoroughly disgusted.
Made a small payment but still get constant calls from different departments which don’t communicate with each other
Why can't the ATM display a message that it's not functioning, out of cash, or just plain broken. When I called the branch in Webster they need to Walk outside to out a paper sign on the ATM. Come on guys, get a different ATM vendor. Next time I'm taking all my business out of the Xceed FCU. I've had it.
