Webster Bank Credit Cards

HORRID!!! They call and wake you up at the crack of dawn because they THINK they’re might be a security breach. Then the automated call comes through FOUR times. With the comment that the customer can call back at their convenience! Bullying, or they would not keep calling you! I explained to these GENIUSES that they need to update their system, (and btw stop ruining lives!). Woke me out of a sound sleep. Not only were my plans for today ruined, ; I am now so depleted that I don’t see how I can get through next eeek! One of the associates had so much customer service skills, that she needs to stick to be a telemarketer; talking over me, not listening, and hanging up on me! THANK YOU WEBSTER BANK fOR RUINING MY LIFE!!!

Webster Bank is a great credit union that has never failed me. As soon as I walked in, they welcomed me, and instantly sent someone to help me with whatever I needed. I was there to get a credit card and the process was very fast and easy. They were very professional and polite and made sure I didn't leave until I was 100% satisfied! They're even willing to send you emails and phone calls when your next payment is due! They did not hesitate to answer all my questions and make sure I knew exactly what I was getting myself into as this was the first credit card I had gotten. I would certainly recommend Webster to anyone in the New England area looking for a credit card.
