Horrible experience all in all. I had cancelled this card after I had a horrible experience at NU dentistry. The did a surgical procedure on my gum line, then lost it. They wanted me to move forward with another procedure and not give me a refund after cutting open my gums. Called several times to just cancel everything and finally got a call back to relay my message. Then my credit score went down 120 points due to a late payment when the account t should have been closed. Can’t get ahold of anybody to get it resolved.

Worst credit card company ever!! I can make a payment on time and they’ll still find a way to add a late payment! I paid the account in full and they added a payment just because!!

Unfair Practice . I have had this account to pay for dental . I have sent in my payments one week in advance and 3 times they have hit me with a 40.00 late fee . I highly suspect they drag there feet when payments come in so they can charge late fees to customers that are paying well before the due date . Terrible

The worst customer service in the world. They don't notice when the promotions expire and also use the money in a discretion system, meaning put different amounts per account, so you never know how much you own because the website does not show the breakdown correctly. After 2 hours and 30 minutes, they never help. -5 Stars

I opened an account and was sent a card. I asked them about the promotion I signed up for. The card they sent me made no mention of it in the terms. I sent them a message through my account. They never answered and it just shows a message that they are behind due to covid. this was 14 days ago. If they cannot answer a new customer question, I can just imagine if an issue arose. This card is going in the trash.

I've used this card twice. Never had any problems. I canceled a surgery, due to over payment. And I got a refund within 2 weeks.

Late fees are TOTALLY MISLEADING. If I had understood the amount of the late fee, I would have literally gone without a tooth extraction & endured the pain a little while longer. These parasites don't even rob you blind; they do it intentionally in the daylight to your face. And, with the inflation hitting regular folks like me so very hard with a ton of bricks, these folks are coming out as rich as the oil companies, and with very little to absolutely NO customer resolve or service. I would say they should be ashamed of themselves, but profit-minded people in this industry truly have no souls. But, they do have bank accounts, including ours. As soon as my card is paid off, never, ever, ever again. If I ever hear or see this company's name again ever in life, it would be too soon.

I would give this company is zero! Do not I repeat do not use Conenity/Alphaeon credit for any reason. I applied for alcyon credit through my dentist, Dental specialists of Broward county. As soon as I signed that application I had a very bad feeling about it and the dentist office. I canceled my procedure because I did not feel comfortable going forward with it. About two weeks later I received the credit card in the mail and a separate Credit card statement for $2300! The procedure never took place! I contacted call Manatee alcyon by telephone immediately they took all the information kindly and said they would conduct an investigation which could take two months. It did. Then they sent me a letter that I was receiving a $500 credit, but still owed $1800. The provider claims that was for services rendered. Again no services were ever rendered! Now it is June 9 and I am still going back-and-forth with both community alcyon and Dental specialists of Broward county.

Fraudulent, scamming company. I paid off my account balance in full, selecting the pay off option on their website. Over a week later, I was charged a finance charge and then a late fee and interest fee on the finance charge balance. How can you add a finance charge to a $0 account over a week after its been paid off?! Currently disputing it and considering legal action. Not paying them anymore money and will not use them for financing ever again.

I just paid my account in full and they charged me $66 finance charge. I asked how they could legally charge a finance charge on an account with zero balance & the guy on the phone laughed at me! Also considering legal action against this company. Red flag when every time you call you get someone with a very heavy Middle Eastern accent you can barely understand what they’re saying! This is fraud! The account was paid in full
