Verified CustomerI paid off my South State Bank home equity loan on 7/27/2021. Regular monthly payments had been made consistently for years via autopay. The last autopay payment was made on 7/13/2021.
Yet, after the payoff was made my account was hit with a 30 day past due and reported to the credit bureaus as such. Multiple disputes have been made with no success. The loan officer that worked with me during the payoff refuses to talk to me via phone calls and emails. I’m at my wits end…
