Great customer service from Matthew that set me up with my first business account. It was seasonal so I only use the account occasionally and switched all my auto-pay from one bank to another. I forgot to change one auto-pay account and get hit with an overdraft fee. Had issues logging in to mobile app, and never received ANY notification about my being in the negative. I continued to get hit with overdraft charges and no call or anything. I feel it was a trap to continue to make more money from me. Ahh No...bank anywhere but.US bank .they use whats called an extended overdraft fee.$25 and they'll hit ya with this every week untill the account is current .ohh sure they'll waive any fees ONCE A FREAKN YEAR
I have been with US bank for quite some time now. I set it up when I got my first job, and they were helpful and the process was easy. They have a ton of ATMs in my area, making it easy to withdraw cash whenever I need it. US Bank's online banking is very easy to use, as it is very intuitive. We have maintained huge balances in order to obtain free checking, and US Bank has made a fortune on us. Stumbled on fact that maintaining that balance provided us with absolutely no benefit. Plus, bank mistake caused overdraft payments they won't rescind. The final indignity: US Bank informed me that millions of ids hacked but no worry--today, and today only I can check my credit for free. Ha! Checking credit locks you into $20/month credit monitoring fee unless you cancel. Took me 45 minutes to cancel. What a scam.…show more
I was just on the phone with one of their “supervisors” for their 24 hour customer care service. I was calling them about the absurd FOUR overdraft fees I was charge over the course of three days. All he said to me was “it’s the bank’s policy” and how “the maximum caps out at four a day,” and that there was nothing he or anyone else could do about it. Completely shady. No compassion at all. I have been banking with US Bank for only 3 months and my experience with the branch In Chandler on Alma School Rd and Queen Creek has been so awful I’m shopping a new bank. Has anyone else had to deal with this bank manager? She is a try B**tch. She is so miserable and unwilling to extend any assistance it really leaves a person to want to dash out and change banks immediately. The other folks that work there were nice, I must say. I would never ever recommend using U.S. Bank their online banking app is ridiculous their customer service is the worst I’ve ever had I’ve had better from Chuck E cheese’s ridiculous air charges that they make a mistake on and charge you for it there deposit getting it back takes for ever never ever use U.S. Bank I am pulling out my money and never going to them again
I have been with this bank for over 24 years when they were St. Paul, then they changed the name again to Charter One, now they are called US Bank, the worst. I didn't leave them after all those changes, now I'm having hardship and I explained my situations to them, the Branch manager on west 63rd in Chicago, his name is Emilio refused to speak with me only sending his goffers to assist me. The whole time he told them to tell me he would be on the phone for 20 minutes. I said I would wait, he never got off the phone. I was forced to file bankruptcy and they had a lot to do with my decision. I'm going to contact the new media about this sorry bank. I would not recommend anyone to bank there?…show more
Of course. If your card is missing, you should contact U.S. Bank Customer Service immediately. They’re available 24/7 at 800-285-8585 (credit cards) and 800-872-2657 (check cards).
U.S. Bank will send a replacement card in the mail, with a new expiration date and a new card number. You should receive it within 10 business days of making the request.
