I had my passenger's door window shattered last night in a break in. I called the Texas Farm Bureau office this morning and received little to no help on the issue. They could've cared less and after I was directed to the claims office, they were unable to find me a repair shop in Pearland, TX. I'm not sure why I even have automobile insurance in the first place when I received no guidance on this. I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase automobile insurance with Texas Farm Bureau to think twice, they're very eager for you to make your payments on time but are nowhere to be found when you need help. My family has had Texas Farm Bureau Insurance for years and I am definitely looking to switch. No one deserves to throw money away with this type of treatment. (Current Texas Farm Bureau Member)

The main Texas Farm Bureau NAIC number is 25380. Texas Farm Bureau's NAIC number is not the same thing as the three-digit code assigned by each state's department of motor vehicles. These numbers, issued by state insurance commissioners, are given to the companies that have been authorized to sell insurance policies in a particular state. However, they are not standardized across state lines, like NAIC numbers are.
