I wanted to add a car to my policy. I sent pics (covid) and everything they asked for. I was charged for adding. 4 months later DMV tells me the car was never insured. & they don’t want to take responsibility for it.

My experience with this company was not great either. Somehow i ended up in one of their offices in Los Angeles to buy car insurance, i paid 200+ for the first month, i found out they had a broker’s fee. I think is a rip-off, i called AIS next month and they did not have broker’s fee so i paid like 50 + dlls for the first month. As far as i knew broker’s fee were not legal but who knows. Anyway, yes, you might think i got to support Latino’s business but they are in the extreme side of ripoffs. I had to say this so that people don’t make this mistake. Your money will not be refunded once you are scammed with their fees

These people are scammers. I got a policy through one of their companies and it was canceled because they didn’t set me up for auto pay. I had to open a new policy and pay another $350 to reinstate the new one. I gave them my card information so that autopay can be set up and they assured it would. Policy got canceled again so a company within Adrianas called me informing me that it was already canceled and that they can set me up for a new one and I expressed my concern about autopay again and they set it up. i opened this NEW policy AGAIN for $350 and demanded a refund from Adrianas because the mistake was made on THEIR END.Contacted a manager named Augustine which was a waste of time right off the bat as we get on the phone he starts telling me so your account looks good on my end because auto pay is set up for this new policy. I was told that I was supposed to call Adrianas to set up auto pay for the policies that were canceled. I asked so how was I supposed to know who to call when the people THAT I PAY are the ones handling the payment and those same people are the ones who assured me they would take care of my autopay method. it was a waste of time because he said it was my fault and they did everything right. Answer me this, how is it that the new policy I got a couple of days ago under your same company set me up for autopay but you’re claiming they don’t have “the computer system” to do it? This company is a scam and by all means, if you’re not watching they won’t even tell you what they’re doing. I stated that I was willing to accept the fees for the insurance services of $150 but not the $200 that goes in their pocket everytime they create a new policy. I was told again that it was my fault in exact words. SCAM SCAM SCAM, unprofessional “supervisors”. They PREY on the low income. Watch out.

Adriana's Insurance takes advantage of senior citizens. They are out to screw the less educated latino community instead of helping them. They create double policies since they work on commission instead of modifying current policies and they don't return calls. It's upsetting how a very wealthy latino corporation takes advantage of vulnerable people. DON'T GO TO THEM!

Adriana's insurance is a good car insurance company, they have some of the lowest prices for car insurance out there. I purchased insurance from here because they had the most affordable insurance. They had some really good customer service , I was explained everything clearly and fast. So far I haven't had any problems with this company they have been very professional. But I still don't know how this company will act when I get in a car accident, but i hope I never have to find out. I also like that I can pay my monthly premium online, the website is really easy to use, I can also check all my information on the website.
