After applying for a loan, they required the $10,000 to be paid directly to them, not through escrow, then denied the loan and kept the $10,000! It was a complete scam. I had to approach another bank to get the loan to close escrow, which I successfully did and now own the property. Beware of these individuals!

Incompetent company. They’ve been asking for auto insurance, we’ve been sending proof of insurance. We’ve done this back and fourth 6 times! Each time they call, they find the policy in their system, a month goes by, they call again looking for insurance. How do you make this insanity stop?

Worst credit union in Murrieta, Ca located on Murrieta Hot Springs Road! Tellers give misinformation and are then rude when trying to explain the problems their misinformation caused. Extremely rude manager that doesn’t care about employees not knowing their jobs giving incorrect information to customers with no concern whatsoever. The manager refused to help, but we all know if I was rich and had a million dollars in their credit union that I would have been helped for sure! All about “the rich” now so get ready poor folk, this lame system is out to shut us down!!!

I love this credit union. There are so many good things about them. The thing that I love the most is the ability to borrow against your direct deposit. There is a small fee but the amount you can borrow is significant so that I never have to go without whatever I may need even if it's very expensive

Great bank and the people were very personable. Carlos helped me apply for loan over the phone and received a call back an hour later with approval.
I had spoken with several different banks and they all had bad stipulations due to the car I was buying was a 2013 M3. No one would go past 60 months financing and would only finance up to 80% of the value of the car. Because I'm the type of person that likes to have cash on hand and not out a bunch of money down this was a big deal.
Call altura and was relieved the they would finance up to 120% of the value of car! Super easy and quick.
