RUDE customer service. Returned a check in my deceased father's name with my mom's info and his death cert. Called them after 2 months of no contact. In a condescending voice "We just reviewed it today and the check will go out tomorrow". I called her out on it saying she sounded like a computer. "It must be our connection" I call BS. I also think if I hadn't called about it, it would still be sitting on Karen's desk collecting dust. We will see how timely I receive this check.
