Shopping for car insurance can be one of the most stressful things to do. When looking for any type of insurance I tend to choose a place that has a local branch so I’m not lost in a sea of customers when trying to get help. Merchants Mutual helped me out a few years back when I was looking to insure a new car I purchased. They were very reliable and the customer service department was quite helpful and polite. I was never in any accidents so I really didn’t get a chance to test out that aspect of them, however the rates were definitely reasonable and I would recommend them to a friend.
