Atrocious immature staff, including Brad Wastler, with very poor attitudes. Barb and Chris are very fake and Barb is super condescending! My wife and I were lied to countless times. I am still waiting for my 2013 tax forms from Brad Wastler and Leanna, Branch Manager. We had to pull our money out of Investor Services for at best poor financial performance and monumental money losing advice. It took us 2 months or more to get access to our funds when he knew we had a change of heart for Brad and First National Bank on Forsyth in Clayton. We asked for money taken out for a refrigerator (we had no fridge for a week or two because of Barbara and Brad ignoring my withdrawal request), we asked for a debit card, we asked for our tax forms (Still waiting as of 3/3/14), in reply we got all runaround info and unjustifiably misled everytime. It took us over a month to get a debit card from First National Bank, affiliated with Investor Services. Today i called Leanna and spoke to her about Brad and she agreed none of his excuses made since today. He told me tax forms for 013 have not been sent by First National. That is not what Leanne told me today; she said they were sent, but awaringly to my previous address. I have lived back here on Juniata for 3 years going on I said. Brad knew my address and lied so I would not get my forms....I told Leanne to tell Brad Wastler he will pay more than me for his immature antics, all because he is mad about our funds being directed to a more qualified broker. We settled fees just too run from this guy. Well I did keep a small IRA of my own in there so now I can have a little fun now...haha!
