Tried to switch to my wife's bank account for autopay after 5 years of using my account. I do not know why it wouldn't work, but it still didn't work after three different attempts. I offered to mail them the payment, and they told me not to do it; they would get it worked out. Finally, I had to switch it back to my account to get them paid, then they reported me as 30 days delinquent to all agencies the day after I paid them. I asked them to remove it, and they told me no, despite an excellent past payment history and proof that I had tried multiple times to pay them in different ways. I even tried using a debit card to pay them, but they do not accept that method. They are heartless, soulless individuals.

BSI recently acquired my mortgage, and they are awful. I called with a question about the transition of my auto-pay, and the person was incredibly rude and clearly had no interest in doing their job well. The website works easily enough, so hopefully, I will never need to interact with their personnel again. Many companies are doing customer service extraordinarily well these days— there's really no room for those who aren't even trying.

Horrible Customer Service, its like they don't want to do their job. They also constantly make errors on their Escrow analysis, once they admit to these errors they do not do anything to correct them. Its my fault for not noticing them apparently. Worst company I have ever worked with. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Continued to harass me every day even after Bankruptcy was filed. Called me when hospitalized and I asked them to deal with the other signer of the deed. Called me while at my husbands funeral. Also had the incorrect property address on this report.

Horrible "customer service". Almost as if they're incentivized to not help you with your issues. I have called eight times and emailed four times in the last month and my issue is still not resolved... If you have a choice on your Mortage Lender steer clear!!

Since the very beginning I’ve had a problem with this company! From late fees that were incorrectly applied to my account,( I’ve never been late/missed payments) to inappropriately applying my payments each month. If I could of given a minus one I would.

Failed to notify me that they changed the rate while I was making payments realized that all my payments have been returned. When I finally was able to get in touch with them I instantly brought my account current . This has negatively affected my credit. Very poor communication and customer service!

Terrible service, avoid at all cost, the typical financial company with no moral compass, where they train Support reps to do as little as possible to avoid actually helping clients. They will tell you their is not way to email you confirmations of what you are asking for and they refuse to provide any type of ticket# as a reference to your request or inquiry. And basically say "trust me, we will follow up" and of course they don't follow up. You call back and no one seems to see the notes of when you called last, or what you asked for etc.

So difficult to get in touch with them, and when you do, they say you can opt to have the next agent call you. My experience is that they call and hang up on you, forcing you to make a second call and stay on the line. The customer service agents seem a bit arrogant, perhaps because of having to deal with issues all day, but it does not put their company in a good light. Even the opening message, "This is an attempt to collect a debt, unless you are blah, blah, blah, then it is NOT an attempt to collect a debt." Well shoot, I just wanted answers and I called YOU, so you are not attempting to do anything. It all just screams of legalized fraud. Like the primary person was a lawyer and they have no interest in helping, only making it known you will be at a disadvantage when speaking to them.
I wanted autopayment. Something every other company has been able to set up and run without an issue. But not BSI... you have to make a payment, then set it up, but after you set it up, there is no evidence you set it up, so you have to pay it manually again. But they tell you, wait until the single pay posts so you don't end up... blah, blah, blah whatever. Your system should be able to handle a customer setting up autopay, starting it on the very next cycle. There is no technical reason it can't start it whenever you want. Waiting until a current payment clears before setting up an autopay is a programmer who has no interest in making things function. Just, "I don't want to program having to check if a payment is made or when autopay starts. Can't they just wait 48 hours after paying and THEN set it up. I'm a lazy programmer and don't want it to function for the customer, I want it to function for me."
Seriously, one of the least professional companies I've ever fallen into. Unfortunately, they purchased my mortgage. Now I have to refinance to get away from them.

I don’t really know this company, all I know is when my loan was either bought/sold or Transfered over to BSI my credit score lowered about a 100 points with either banking companies knowing why! Not good in my book. Not enough and need work.
