My truck was stolen, we have the theft on video. Reported to police, insurance company, etc. This company waits 30 days for possible recovery. Then request additional information that has nothing to do with the claim. Then wait for limited power of attorney. Then play the "we haven't received it" game. Finally issued a check that has a 2 week hold on it. It will be over 3 months to settle this claim. The worst insurance company ever.

I was in a car accident with Amrican access policyholder on Sunday. It is so hard to get any kind of service from them. It has been two days. They have not procured police report . I did that. No way I can rent a car without their company’s estimate. She said I do not know if the car is drivable. If I give the car for repair what would I do? They will not take my word nor the police report to be true. Upload pictures they said. Nothing has happened for 48 hours. No call backs this is truly a terrible Insurence agency .

I was hit by one of their insured. It was totally his fault and he totaled 3 cars including his own. This company does not return voicemail and emails. They offered me 9,000 less than my truck was worth when I finally got a hold of someone. They said this was, because their insured hit his limit. I have to work with my insurance company now and my agent informed my what they offered me was not even enough to satisfy state law. I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with them after one of their drivers hits you. I am offering my condolences.

This is the most disrespectful company I hever seen in my life, I have a case whit this guys for about 2 month half so my issue here is why if I give to them all the document they need and request from me why they do not resolve this problem, I still waiting for they but nothing this girl Stefani Calvello is so bad whit customer service and the more bad things is her supervisor is 7735276665 the same they do not have any respect for his customers is bad super bad attitude whit everything and everyone this is the last place I want for my money because my money and the others customer money is because they have s job how you explain all this I am goin to not put my name here beacuse probably they slow the process I still and I believe for mutch time

ABSOLUTE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY!
I was car less for THREE Months. If I hadn’t decided to claim thru my own insurance company I probably would never see my car again. I was Rear ended by one of their policyholder and ever since then i get nothing but HEADACHE, STRESS, AND FINANCIALLY RUINED. They did not reimburse my car rental which they said they would. They are CHEAP, liars, and will do anything NOT to pay you.
Claudia Carmona needs to get fired and the company needs to get out of business! You get hit with one of their policyholder you are SCREWED FOR GOOD!

I have been using american access for my car insurance since I first got my permit at the age of 18. I chose them because I just needed the absolute cheapest and most minimal insurance. For the most basic insurance coverage I pay anywhere from 45 to 55 dollars a month which I am pretty satisfied with. The people at my local office are nice and friendly. Though when I have called their 1 800 number to ask for some help I have gotten a rude employee or two. The company definitely doesn't have a flashy website or seem as fancy as other car insurance companies like Geico, but I do not really care about that. I just care about getting my car insured at a good price and for years they have done that.

I have been with my insurance agent for about 2 years. I switched to them from my previous insurer when I wanted to find a cheaper insurance policy. I was able to get the basic liability coverage to cover not only me, but also my mother for a cheaper price. Overall I have been satisfied with the service, but I do have a few complaints. I used to go into the local office and pay my bill and they would print out my monthly insurance card so I could carry as my proof of insurance. When I went in one day they told me I could start paying online which I thought was great. It would save me time, and I could print my proof of insurance at home. I started doing this and for a few months it was working great until the site stopped giving me the option to print my insurance card. I had to start calling the customer service and have them email me my insurance card which was a hassle and frustrating. That's the only complaint I have. I'm satisfied with how much I pay which is about 55 dollars a month.
