In the process of something as life changing as a move I would think that an agents consideration and assistance of a client would be somewhat more attentive and that of concern that a job is being well done. Since a reply had not been recieved, you only assumed we did not want to reply, that is on you as our agent for NOT following up. If an email is not working, make a call, connect, talk to your clients. In fact we were concerned. I guess these days money is more valuable than customer service. Sad… and negative feedback from those you intended to serve as their agent.

Previous NODAK Agent

After several attempts at trying to reach our agent we were told that the agent leaving NODAK to go out on his own. He tried to get us to switch to his new company which we refused. After several months of not hearing from NODAK on anything, switching agents nothing, we called the local NODAK office and found that the agent had replaced our contact information with bogus numbers and data making NODAK look bad.

I guess that was a sign right there.

Well after almost 5 years of being with Nodak and not having many claims under our belt, I'm beginning to wonder why my vehicle and home insurance is so darn high compared to competitors like AllState for the same insurance. I think what is getting to me the most is the fact that I have to pay an annual fee to be a part of the "club." Because it is a mutual association you have to pay a $50 annual fee. On top of that I just did some price checking and I can save $20/mo alone by switching my vehicle insurance. I haven't even explored moving my home policies yet. I think my expectations are that if I want to buy insurance from you I shouldn't have to pay to be part of a club to do it - and if that does happen, you better give me a discount on top of what I'm paying!
