Philadelphia Insurance Companies I was never told im being charge for using a credit card. 3.5% she told me.. they just lost a 900.00 and 4 vehicles payment. after all theses year, I will be getting with a different ins company. I have never experienced such BS in my life. They expect me to take my truck to a shop, so they can disassemble my front end (WHILE I WAIT) to make sure none of the parts they need are on back order!!! They don't want to provide a rental vehicle while my truck waits for parts basically, so they gave me 3 days with a rental vehicle!!!!! Then, they threaten to hang up the phone simply because I "raised my voice" They are trying to save a buck all at my expense is what they are attempting to do, and it's wrong considering it's THEIR insured driver that is at fault. Terrible customer service as well. They really don't know how to talk to people. Just awful all around
