Very unprofessional. They will not even cancel my realtor agreement after failing to secure the house I wanted despite over four extensions. Please stay far away from this company. Don't say I didn't warn you.

Had the best experience with refinancing my mortgage. Extremely smooth process, great communication and very competitive pricing. Mike Funk was awesome and made sure all questions were answered and led the process for us. Just closed on my first home thanks to CityWorth! The homebuying process can be confusing at times but my team at CityWorth helped me navigate through it all. Brian, my banker, handled my mortgage and walked me through what all I needed to do to get the best loan terms as possible. David, my Realtor, helped me find my house and got my offer accepted by the seller (which is so hard to do in this crazy market!). Alex, my processor, helped seal up the deal and got me to closing fast. I now have a beautiful home to raise my son in! All in all, I'm so impressed at the team effort and professionalism they showed throughout my homebuying journey. I would highly recommend CityWorth to anyone looking for a home!

We are on the sellers end of dealing with cityworth mortgage. This company has to be the worst company deal with, none of their employees have a clue of what each employee is doing and will not give anyone straight answers. Processors push sellers lawyers by saying they are ready to close, have sellers sign papers then coordinators say buyers can’t sign till this is done, that is done, etc…. NOBODY IN THIS COMPANY HAS A CLUE!!!!!

Katie Gaskin was so awesome to work with always there to answer the phone and keep the process moving. Savanna Sawgrass was also good to work with. For a first-time home buyer the company suck on information Brain was never there when I needed him. So overall I wouldn't recommend unless I knew Katie and Savanna were on the job.

CityWorth was a true it’s a “Wonderful Life” mortgage company. From the beginning I had made true friends that were working hard to get me a home! Josh Adler, Simon Gervais, snd Tommy Schumway were my dream team! We were always in contact day and night. On phone or via text, we were always on the same page! They not only got my dream house but st a great deal! When we had a snag with underwriter all three of them Were able to show her she was wrong with pure evidence and fact! We actually closed in 31 days of finding the house! I still can’t believe it! Just like the movie it’s wonderful life I treated like family with respect, trust, honesty, decency and professionalism! I love my dream team and City worth the modern day Savings and Loan! Thank you for making my dream come true!

I was a first time homebuyer in one of the most insane real estate markets in history. If you are from Northern Virginia, you know what I am talking about. My Agent was David Shumway and my Loan Officer was Devon Culberson. David got me a great deal where I was able to purchase my home for below appraisal value and even got some sellers credit to help cover closing costs. Devon got me a great deal on my mortgage with a low rate and some lenders credit. All-in-all it was a very smooth and good experience, not to mention I saved thousands with their One Stop Shop package. If you are looking for a team to help you with the purchase of your home look no further than CityWorth Homes & Loans because you will not find anyone better!

I had a pleasant experience dealing with CityWorth on my refinancing. They are professional and offer good rates. Especially, Daniel Sole is wonderful. He was very responsive, gave good advice on every question I had, no matter it was the titling company's fee or a charge by my previous lender. The day before I closed on he contacted me recommending a better deal as it just became available. I got a low rate with 3/4 of closing costs paid off. I really appreciate him. His team is also nice. They could close on within 30 days. Thank you CityWorth.
