I've invested in their performing notes since 2018 and in their Credit Fund when it launched, and it's been going well so far. I think Kyle and Ricardo really know what they're doing in the NPL and lending space.

They're an amazing lender, full stop. I've done 30+ loans with Constitution this year and they have all gone extremely smoothly, and there are rarely any delays or issues. I've worked with a lot of hard money lenders, but they're at the top of their game.

A great opportunity if you’re a first-time investor with little or no experience with real estate investments. They make investing so easy. It also doesn’t take much to be an investor. You can test the waters and invest more when you feel more comfortable. It’s been more than a year and I am more than satisfied with the returns. This has been an eye opener for me. The best lender i have ever worked with!! I am an investor that has done several deals and worked with prior lenders before but the experience with Constitution Lending has been by far superior. They have funded very complicated and difficult deals VERY fast, and with Lower fees compared to others. I am always using this lender from now onwards. They are truly the best in the market and a true lending partner!!!
