I applied and was approved. Once I received the card I activated it. Went to buy a bottle of water and it was denied. I called customer support and they told me it was blocked. That I had to email support. Nobody could help me on the phone. Support doesn't answer emails. I am beyond irritated. I was excited for the card now I'm wondering if it was worth it.
I wouldn't recommend this card to anyone. I opened it in March, paid balance in full each month. I earned $240 in cash back that should have been applied to my July statement (I left a balance this month since it's required for the cash back). However it was not applied. I sent an email and called, was told they would look into it. 2 weeks later, no response so I reached out again. I went ahead and made a small payment to prevent a late pay on my credit. More time went by, no response, so I called and closed the card. A few days later, I received an email response confirming it was an error on Jasper's side and the cash back would be applied to my August statement. I just received my August statement and again, there was no cash back applied. What they did was remove my cash back and mark it as forfeited. I called, spoke to an agent and she wasn't sure why that happened. I asked for a supervisor and was told someone would call me in 24 to 48 hrs. My next email will be the Better Business Bureau and the FCC.
