Looks like they would waive the high interest charges since they've discontinued the card and just have customer pay what's owed. Was so shady the way these accounts were closed with no notice.

Jasper is discontinuing their cash back credit card. They lowered my credit limit thousand to $200. I owe them approximately $80. Today I look on my credit report and I got dinged for them lowering my credit score due to them Closing everybody’s account and the card will no longer be in existence. I guess I’ll get another ding because the account will be closed. Who do I talk to about this?

Seems really unprofessional to just close peoples accounts suddenly. Especially the loyal ones that pay their bill every month. Tried to use my Jasper card at my vets office…declined. How embarrassing. Wonder how this will impact my credit. It affects your credit when you close a credit account wonder what happens when it’s the other way around.

Its no longer in buisness and now lots of people are on the hook for balances on a card that they can no longer use. I got an email an hour before they shut down my card saying that they were closing and sorry for the inconvience but that I needed to pay my balance as soon as I can. In this day in age, that would be great but people rely on thier credit cards more and more. I'm sure legally I am on the hook to these crooks but seems like a bad way of doing buisness.

Just got an email effective immediately Jasper closed all credit card accounts. That really sucks as I used that credit card daily. So apparently there is no more Jasper credit cards.

Paid my entire balance off so I could go school clothes shopping for my kids today. Got an email at 1am saying they canceled all accounts effective immediately. I would have paid a different card if I knew they would pull this crap. I just spoke to an agent two days ago and they mentioned nothing of this. If Jasper reopens they can forget about any new business from me. Very unprofessional.

As of 8-9-22 they have discontinued the jasper card and closed all accounts. I received an email at 330a on 8-9-22 notifying me my card will no longer work.

They never increase credit line no matter pay record applid for card without looking at online reviews. BIG MISTAKE BETTER CARDS OUT THERE

I find this credit terrible. I had bad credit (now its great) and this card was one of the cards that were offered to me. I cant schedule payments upfront, every other credit card company lets you schedule them for a specific date. Jasper wont let you do that. I personally think the app is set up to make you fail with credit. They have some stupid option like if you reach a certain amount they automatically deduct something but this just works for a person that has lot of money in the account not for people that may be struggling to get from bad to good. I would try to get capital one card instead because at least you can schedule and make payment whenever.

DO NOT GET THIS CARD! My card has been locked since 10/18/2021 due to "suspicious activity," when it has been in my possession this entire time. I have called, messaged, emailed, even left posts on social media, and Jasper REFUSES to respond to me. My card is completely paid off now, and I can't use it because it's still locked and Jasper customer service won't respond. Do yourself a favor, and look anywhere else for a real company that actually cares about their customers.
