I wanted to send a shout-out to Izzy. She did a great job assisting with my auto and renters' insurance, was polite, and had great communication skills. Great service from her; she is definitely a 5-star. That was legendary service from her.

Marcus Mosley has been a pleasure to work with; he was super helpful and very patient with all of my questions and concerns about switching my insurance over to State Farm. He took the time to explain everything clearly and was always available to answer any questions I had. Marcus, I wish all agents were as professional and had the knowledge that you have. I truly appreciate what you have done to assist me. Thank you!

My family and I have been clients of Darin’s for years. Up until this weekend it has been a great experience.

Darin himself is great. State Farm and one of the people that works for Darin, her name is Izzy, are not.

Allow me to explain. Originally it was just my wife and I on an auto policy. We added our son Anthony about a year and a half ago. This year our son has had a speeding ticket and two claims within the last 6 months. 1 claim was for him accidentally scraping his door on a gas station pylon. The other claim was a minor (less than $500 payout) fender bender.

Well they wanted to drop Anthony from the policy and we don’t have a problem with this at all. He messed up and deserves the consequences. However, we were told by Izzy multiple times that these claims would only affect Anthony and not us. We found out this weekend that this was a lie.

Fast forward to now. Anthony’s coverage drops in 3 days on a Tuesday. That’s fine because he already has another policy lined up. However. As I’m leaving the doctors office with my wife on Friday morning after surgery we get a voicemail from Darin’s office. It’s Izzy explaining to us that she just got off the phone with underwriting and they’ve decided we can only keep our policy if we keep Anthony on it with a $400 increase monthly in premiums. Otherwise they are now dropping all of us. Obviously we didn’t say yes as that increase is ludicrous considering my wife and I have never filed a claim with State Farm.

During the call Izzy kept deflecting the blame to underwriting and not taking any accountability for her bad council. We are now left with 3 days to find a new auto policy on our financed vehicles. State Farm just charged us our monthly premium less than a week ago and now I need to make a new upfront payment on a new policy. We found out shopping for insurance that Anthony’s claims do show up on our history and count against us. This raised our rates almost 100%.

I fully hold Izzy accountable for the hundreds of dollars, time, and stress of this whole fiasco all because of her feeding us bad council.

I will be moving every policy I have from State Farm to a different company, not just our Auto. This experience really put us out and left a bad taste in my mouth. I will never recommend State Farm or this office to anyone.
