Horrible customer service. If I could give them zero stars, I would. They can't protect your accounts from fraud, and they make constant mistakes requiring you to do extra legwork for them with zero compensation for your time going back and forth to multiple branches. They couldn't care less about their customers.

The worst decision I've ever made was to use Earthmover credit union. They screwed up my life. Screwed up my excellent credit. Messed up all of my loans. They have hidden fine print that they dont explain to you at all...

I have banked with EarthMovers for the last 6 years! However what I will say is statically since all of their locations are within heavily Caucasian and Latino concentrated areas those people are their preference when it comes to loans. I make over 50k a year with direct deposit and have never been able to obtain approval for a loan. Discriminatory practices are at work there! So for minorities take your money elsewhere know that you do have buying power!

First they took my used car loan from 4.5% to less than three percent and cut the time by eight months, all while lowering my monthly payment. Secondly I had to make a payment on my credit card while I was out of town. I called the main number, spoke to one (1) person and everything I needed to do was completed. Try doing that with a 'big bank'! Thank you

I pulled into the branch parking lot at 6:00pm and got in line to conduct my transaction. The tellers took 5 minutes helping the customer and when I pulled up, the teller told me the tills were closed for the day, sorry. I said I got there on time and she said, “nope, and now the tills are closed”. I said, “but they were just open for that car in front of me 10 seconds ago”. She said, “ well now they are closed”.
I’m done with this institution. Pulling my money out and I’m never looking back. The employees don’t give a damn.

I don't want to start off this post so negative. So I will say this is positively the worst bank to ever deal with. I have had two fraud cases on my account (opened in 2013) because and I was aware of the first one and got a new card. The second time they cancelled my card without my knowledge and every time I used the card (at different places), it said declined. I've tried closing the account with them but they said how I have good credit and need to keep the accounts open to keep my good credit! ( I got sucked into that one) So enough is enough and I am closing my account. Please beware of this bank.

Earthmover was a great find for me. I needed a savings/checking account for direct deposit. I hate banks in general but the people and service offered at Earthmover credit union might have swayed me. The only other bank that i have received this much care from was my hometown CU. The earthmover employees really seemed to care about what ever question or concern I had, regardless of even how petty I seemed to think of the issue. I previously had an account with another Cu that had automatically signed me up for the over draft protection, even though I did not ever write a single check I owed them +200 for 2 atm transactions that resulted in Over drafts. I guarantee this will NEVER happen at EM CU, they are up front and not back door in their dealings. P.S. the CU that charged me for the overdrafts not only got bail out money during the financial "crisis", they were also indicted for fraudulent activities, EMCU is a huge +++ in my book

I changed to EarthMover Credit Union when my current bank decided to implement fee's on my once free checking account. I was a little hesitant to move to a new financial institution because it always seems like you are jumping through hoops with banks. I couldn't have been more wrong. I was amazed at how helpful they were in assisting me to open up a new account. An account that was even free of any fees! They were able to set up my new checking account that day, and it came with all the benefits that I was used to at my big branch bank. It was an extremely hassle free experience and I even went back to them a month later to refinance my auto loan. They had an extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff and were quick to take care of all of my needs. I highly suggest moving over to a credit union the customer service was top notch and they made me feel like I was important.

I was able to acquire my first car loan with EarthMover. I was very pleased with how simple and fast the whole process was for me. I was able to get the low rate of 4.9% for 5 years. There were two occasions where I wasn’t able to make my monthly payment towards the end of the term and my representative was more than accommodating with me. I have since paid off that loan and opened up a few CDs for my children that I check up on every year or so. My experience with them has been wonderful and I’m sure know I where to head to the next time I need a car loan or personal loan.
