Maumee Valley Credit Union

This is the friendliest credit union I have been a member of. One time I tried to check my account online and the site was down. So I went into the Toledo branch and asked if the site was down. The lovely teller mentioned they have a phone app. The app downloaded quickly and I could access my account in minutes. Another time I wanted to add a checking account and the teller was more than happy to help me out with what forms I needed and what information I should know. Then she assisted me in opening the account and was all smiles and very courteous when I had additional questions about the types of accounts I can open. So much better than dealing with big banks that want to move you through the line like cattle. I love my credit union.
