"My experience with Embroker has been nothing short of a disaster. Their complete lack of communication and disorganized approach to policy management put my business at serious risk.

Despite paying my premiums on time, I received cancellation notices with no prior warning. When I tried to understand what was happening, I was met with generic responses from "The Embroker Team" that didn't address my questions. I literally had to escalate to the CEO/COO level just to get basic information about my policies.

The billing department is completely dysfunctional. They failed to process a payment I made in October due to "internal billing adjustments," then threatened to cancel my coverage for non-payment. Their online portal showed conflicting information about which policies were active, expired, or "in progress."

When I demanded clarity, their representatives contradicted each other about whether they had received cancellation notices. The level of incompetence is staggering – they couldn't even provide a simple breakdown of all my policies and their status.

Customer service is virtually non-existent. My urgent issues were treated as low priority, requiring multiple follow-ups to get any meaningful response. They constantly passed responsibility between departments without resolution.

If you value having reliable insurance coverage and peace of mind, look elsewhere. Embroker's organizational failures and poor communication create unnecessary stress and put your business at risk of coverage gaps. I'm actively looking for a new insurance broker after this nightmare experience.

Absolutely Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs!
I have had an absolutely horrendous experience with Embroker. I purchased a policy from them, which I never used, and yet every interaction with their customer service was a complete nightmare.

From the start, getting any response from them was like pulling teeth. Every time I had a simple question about my policy, it took them days to reply—but only after I had to resend the same email multiple times.

However, the worst part came when I decided to cancel my policy. It took me two weeks and emails to at least three different people just to get them to process the cancellation. Then, they assured me that the refund would take a maximum of 90 days. Well, here I am, far past that deadline, after sending dozens of emails, and I still haven't received my refund.

It is beyond frustrating and unacceptable. Embroker's slogan is "Radically Simple Insurance", which is honestly a cruel joke considering the extreme effort it takes just to get them to do the most basic tasks.

If you value your time, your sanity, and your money, stay far away from Embroker.

I made the mistake of selecting and paying for the wrong business policy for my company. I cancelled it the same day. It has been over 60 days and no refund has been given, still pending. I cannot even get hold of a live person to follow up on my refund. It's the worst customer service I have experienced.

Slow response time. When I finally received a response, they stated they could not assist my business but provided the name of another agency that might be able to meet our needs. I reached out to the other agency and did not receive a response. Remove Embroker from any future business considerations.

I purchased business insurance through Embroker. They failed to file some of my materials, my insurance was canceled, and I have been unable to speak with any support personnel since. It appears that they no longer offer phone or email support. I advise against using this company.

I've worked with quite a few insurance companies and this one is truly exceptional. Big shout out to Julie Noonan who built a customized insurance package for us. For companies with new business models for traditional industries, Embroker sure knows how to structure the package appropriately.
