banking! Rather than assist, they lie consistently and refuse access to super-
visors. Without notice of any kind, they appropriated our two accounts and now cannot account for the funds. They have still not after six weeks of requests not written the reply they keep writing us explaining what they have done. They
ignore all attempts at a resolution. They will always say call Customer Service.
0 stars. Just find a different company. I've been trying to get my money out for months - their CS is horribly slow, doesn't follow up, gives misinformation, and is not thorough. It's not even their fault they are all very nice they just clearly have not been trained in what they're doing. Every time I call them (I call them probably every other week or more) they tell me I'm missing some other document that they need to process my request to remove my money. They have been holding my money for months now, which has gone down a lot since I first started this process of removing it from TIAA, and they refuse to give me the sum of money that I had in the account the first time (first of 4) they told me I had submitted all the necessary documents.
1) no 24 hr phone service or weekend service
2) can't classify payees to facilitate reports for tax records
3) can't do expenditure reports
4) not as user-friendly
5) when you enter a payee, can't just automatically pay them without going to another page
6) can't close alert messages without opening each one which is annoying when it’s obvious what they are
7) can't name accounts which helps a lot if you’re managing more than your own savings and checking like I am
