The gentleman who was working on Saturday, Mister Rasmus Smith, was quite unhelpful. I provided him with all the information necessary to assist me in regaining access to my account, yet he stated that he could not provide me with the USERNAME. Please consider his professionalism. I encountered this issue previously, and all the customer service representatives assisted me promptly; it was resolved in a minute. However, this time, the service was unsatisfactory. I urge you to be mindful of your hiring choices, as this individual seemed unwilling to assist me despite having all the necessary information. "Thank you," First Community Bank!

This is the most frustrating bank I have ever dealt with. I tried to open business and personal checking accounts. Nothing special (so I thought). After one month and multiple calls to support and visits to the bank, I STILL cannot use remote deposits or utilize the accounts. Don't waste your time here.
