Told me I was required to give my full SSN in order to learn who the original creditor was. The gentleman on the phone was arrogant, rude, and overall unpleasant and unprofessional.

Website is so slow and doesn't allow you make a payment. You get an error that the email address needs to be entered, even though it's already entered. Then, you try to contact them through the website, the page just reloads and doesn't give you any other form of contact with the company.

I used USA choice fitness for two months and found out I was pregnant. I asked if I could freeze my membership/ cancel without a $175 early term cancel fee and was told no.

Already paid in full with Crunch and cancelled membership . I walked in and paid reminder of bill to them told me I’m all set. Still ended up paying it and should be removed off this report have letter for proof of payment in full.

I paid this collection off to them as soon as I realized they turned this into collections without even contacting us. Golds Gym turned it in and have done the same to many people without contacting them. This has been paid and is still showing almost two mos later on the report
