A great Credit Card! I love it! I will most definitely be making sure i tell people, everyone that i possibly can and possibly know, about this credit card !! :))

STAY AWAY, STAY FAR FAR AWAY. TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW TO STAY FAR AWAY.

If I could give negative stars I would. They charged me over $6,000 in courtesy pay fees and NSF fees over the course of 2 months... yes, thats right over $6,000 in 2 months! At first they tried to offer me $500.00 back.. yep, insane. On top of that, I NEVER OPTED IN FOR COURTESY PAY, and when I stated that they didnt want to give me the documents. After that they credited my account $2,800 and are saying i still owe them $595!.. Isnt funny how they were only willing to give me $500 until I threatened legal action?... TALK ABOUT SHADY. Meanwhile, I havent recieved an income because my direct deposits have been dissapearing into my negative balance. All the while I was waiting for answers and calling the main number requesting to speak with a supervisor and they refused to get on the phone! Not to mention I have been a customer with them for at least 10 years. I am currently seeking legal councel and if anyone else has had this or something similar happen to them, which based on these reviews you have.. please contact me at [email protected] as I am looking into forming a class action law suit against these crooks

This was my first bank and I have been treated very fairly. Everyone has been very helpful and kind. I have had a few issues, but they stem from a unauthorized use of my debit card from the shared account holder I had. When the Target data breaches happened I received a new card very quickly. I have also had a few issues with fraudulent charges to my card and First Financial was very helpful in getting those charges removed. I will definitely stay with this Credit union.

First Financial was the first bank I ever had a relationship with. I live in Maryland, and there are several branches that are available to me. I live in Westminster and work in Timonium, and there are First Financial's in both areas. I have never had an issue with First Financial, however they are no longer my main bank account. I keep First Financial as a back up savings that I only use on occasion. First Financial has great services for opening accounts for my children, and I will be looking into that soon. I'd like to get them started with First Financial while they are young, so we can keep building the account and when they get older they can too.

I have my car loan through the First Financial Credit Union and they are good but not great. First and foremost, I have trouble logging into their website in order to pay my bills. Because of this, I have to drive out to pay my bill every month which turns out to be a nuisance because of the capabilities of today’s technology. I have asked them to assist me but the instructions that they give out do not work. Other than that their customer service is friendly and great every time I go there to pay my bills. I would recommend this credit union to you, but just keep in mind the limited online capabilities.

I have was having a hard time getting any credit and any loans from anyone. Finally I tried First Financial and although I thought for sure that I would be rejected they approved me. It took a lot off my chest and I was able to pay some bills and also get the rest of my books for college. I can't thank them enough for their great service and understanding. Also giving someone who was out of options a chance. The employees are also very professional. I understand that sometimes people think that if the bank won't give them a loan then nobody will, but give First Financial a try. I would recommend them to anyone for any service they offer.
