They have a very complicated and unfriendly system for opening a CD or even for giving maturity instructions. Everything I try to do with this bank requires a form to be filled up and signed electronically.
Also, they have a ridiculous low limit for ACH money transfer making this bank quite useless.
The Savings account deposit interest rate is one of the lowest on the market at 0.50% APY.
I will be closing all my accounts and never use this bank again.
They just don't know how to do a proper online service.
They are probably using a third-party vendor for their IT department and have no clue about the business model.
Never hear from them just send in payment
