Overall, it's an easy process with friendly people, but the interest rates are steep. I would love not to get calls pushing for refinancing, but I would appreciate being informed that they will automatically lower the interest payments based on keeping payments on time.

Be very careful with the Beyond credit card (Visa) from First Bank PR. Don't trust it. If you fly to Central America and you land at the Nicaragua airport, and you want to rent a car, pay at the counter, or buy food, all at the airport, they decide to leave me and my wife stranded. The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced from a bank. Every month they flag my card for fraud when I use it on the same website month after month. Even when they've assured me it won't happen again, it still does, EVERY MONTH. What's worse is that there's never a warning that it happens. I NEVER get an email or text from the bank telling me that there is an issue, and when I do call to resolve it they act as if I'm the one causing the problem. Their entire system is also so incredibly outdated that not a single modern banking app works with a First Bank account. Right now, I have 400 dollars I simply can't access until Tuesday because the bank is simply incompetent.

Caso cerrado esta cuenta fue salda con los dos seguros de la guagua salió bien mala , la carta de banco indica saldo en 0 , así fue entregada la carta por el representante de banco , donde indicó no quedaba deuda con la guagua , lástima salió mala , me llegaron las cartas donde indica lo mismo.
