I looked into Freedom Financial and appreciated their patience, so I decided to try it. I signed up, sent my down payment—my first payment. However, I became uneasy about it due to all the late charges and potentially worsening my credit. I called and withdrew, and they returned the little money I had put in. It seemed all was good. Yet, right then, they sent a form to the only credit card I was not including in their program, indicating I was participating. That credit card company immediately closed the account without informing me or explaining why. They had assured me this would never happen, so it felt quite underhanded. I had started my own budget and plan to pay off my cards. Since I was keeping that one card for use, I had made a $1,000 payment to it for when I needed funds. I suspect Freedom did this in response to my withdrawal. They were not trustworthy and set me back this month, but I do have a plan to get out of debt. I would not recommend them.

The associate Mike tried to bully me and insult my intelligence to get me to sign up for their debt relief program. I am in the customer service and hospitality industry, and the way this guy talked over me, then had the nerve to text me insults after I hung up, is revolting. Worst service ever! I will definitely never use this service, now or ever. I am giving it one star because it won't allow me to give zero.

Please do not use this company ever! I paid them over $5,000 and they only settled and closed a $300 credit card. You can do this yourself. The person who signed me up, Benjamin Borst, ignored me for months! Terrible customer service. They find vulnerable people in debt and take advantage.

I had an unsecured personal loan for 24 months which was under initially under Freedom Plus and they were very easy on the application process and through the course of my loan. One time, my online payment didn't process and they called me and they fixed my payment problem. I recommend them highly.

Freedom Plus gave me a loan when others declined me, even with good credit. I am now on my way to being debt free. Easy process from beginning to getting a loan. Much appreciated.

Our loan officer Priest has been amazing. It’s just so much easier to pay one loan than all your credit cards. I don’t even like credit cards. But cance and Covid ( the two big c’s?) we’re a charming combo. And now it’s more interest hikes, this seemed like a good all and I’m glad we did it.

We had a genuinely informed Loan Consultant in Christina. She worked with our unique situation and found the best options and gave us the choice. She was totally transparent, everything is in writing and we are very pleased.

Joseph Ambagis from AZ will try to tell you he’s been doing this for 40 years and everything he’s about to tell you is a lie. They say anything they want at the moment to get you to agree & sign the docs, and then you find out afterwards it’s not true at all. Don’t fall for it like I did. I never had a chance to read all these negative reviews and I wish I had.

Avoid, do not trust, stay away!!! This was our first experience with online trading, so we wanted to start with the minimum amount required 250$ US. The ad says that they will work hard for you no matter the amount...they hanged up on us (twice!!) when we told them that we wouldn't put more money yet. And we can't get our money back!!!

I wa with Freedom Financial for several years. After 6 or 8 months they ask me if I wanted to up my payments so I could end sooner. At the time, I could make those payments. After a year or so my daughter and granddaughters moved in with me and I could no longer afford the high payment. I called and asked to go back to the original payment and the lady I spoke with not only said no, but was rude and said I agreed and I needed to figure out how.to pay them. I finally had to switch to another company. They also put a derogatory note on my credit report.

What was the other company you went to? And are they any better? [email protected] if your more comfortable I don't want to on this site that is my email. It'd be really appreciated because I'm looking for some relief and I'm only $7,000 in debt so I'm not trying to get hurt like that you know. But I still have my oldest kids living with me and my only daughter so I know what you mean. Thanks have a nice day God bless

Horrible company to deal with . Terrible service and professionalism. I would suggest no one ever deal with them. They over charge and you incur a 15.00 dollar check charge if payment with check. Website does not allow same day payment
