Recently, I purchased insurance with Freeway Insurance, which is part of National General Insurance, on 3/10/26 and was told to pay $108.35 to start coverage, to which I agreed, and $108.13 a month thereafter. On 3/24/26, their third party charged me an additional $170, for which my card was charged that amount. I was told that I agreed to that charge, which I did not, because it’s significantly more expensive than my previous insurance rates. Why would I agree to pay more for something that is more expensive than what I previously had? These people are dishonest, and I no longer wish to work with them.

This is the person who misled me into believing that I was being treated fairly by this organization, which is far from the truth. Once I signed the papers, I was not informed that I was also agreeing to an additional $170 being taken out of my account. I found out about this charge today when I discovered my account was compromised. In total, I paid $278.35 for insurance when I was previously paying $192.22 before speaking with Nataly. So, if I am looking for insurance, why would I pay more... it doesn't make sense.
