Absolutely would not recommend this ghetto company. They close your account when they want. The cards take forever yo come. Your deposits sometimes dont post on time. Customer service is the absolute worse they have attitude problems. The help feature never responds if you email them. And they always seem to have issues allowing you to see your account history. I have never in my life dealt with such an unprofessional company as this. Im surprises they're still around.
This is the worse Pre-Paid debit card I have ever dealt with. After being advised a card was being sent, I registered for Direct Deposit. One of my employers sent a direct deposit for $175.00. After one week, I called the listed customer support number which is routed to the Philippines and she said she couldn’t explain what the problem was of returning my funds. I searched for a customer support number in the United States but found none. The individual on the other end informed me that a “Mango” technical error had occurred and a replacement card would be mailed. This was 3 weeks ago and not a communication what so ever from Mango. I have submitted 4 letters of complaint to retrieve my money and have not received one response. This Company has been the pits for me, and I would not recommend them to my enemies
If you’re thinking about getting a Mango Prepaid Card, DONT! They close your account without warning. A supervisor is Never there! I would never recommend Mango. Customer service never know what they’re doing. I don’t understand how they’re still in business :(
I purchased an item with my Mango Money card and returned the item. The vendor refunded my money to my Mango qccount almost a month ago and yet they Mango Money will not return it to my account. Multiple customer service reps have agreed that I should have it in my account and have "escalated" my issue on multiple occasions. This has gone on for two weeks and everytime I was told it would be resolved in 24-48 hours. I sent an email to the email address that I was given by a support rep during a call during the day. They would still not "transfer me to a surpervisor." Soon I will need to report this to the authorities as theft. They refuse to refund the money even after admitting that they have received it.
Transferred $600 from spending account to savings account. The money completely disappeared!!!! Unbelievable. Have been trying to get a hold of support, NO LUCK. They don\'t respond to their online service requests and the customer service line just says "they are currently busy, try calling back". This card SEEMS TO BE A SCAM. BEWARE OF THE "HIGH SAVINGS INTEREST BAIT" seems once you deposit to the savings all your money vanishes.
They were a great card until they changed banks and changing to MasterCard I had a fraudulent charge so I called they reissued a card and said 8-10 business days I am now at 15 and still no card they said they I\'ll send another card so I wait yet again??also I was supposed to get an expedited card and when I called back they said it was denied to get expedited???huh??also they have no supervisor to talk to and the complaint department has no phone!so email is the only way to complain??!!yeah okay!!meanwhile they have like 500.00 of my money tied up in their confusion SO I WOULDNT RECCOMEND THIS CARD OR COMPANY TO ANYONE!!
DON'T USE THIS CARD! I was supposed to have gotten my check direct deposited this past Thursday. They stopped the direct deposit without permission or notification to me. Said a letter was mailed but it wasn't. They were very rude and not helpful. My check had to be returned to my employer and hopefully posted tomorrow. Rent and car payment due and I had no money because of this unprofessional company. You have been warned.
The same thing just happened to me today and I closed my account with them I spoke to at least 12 rude customer service representative trying to speak with a supervisor then they lied and said a supervisor called me and went straight to voicemail I never got a call so now I have to wait for my employer to get my direct deposit back for them to cut me a check so I will not be getting paid for another 2 wks when I am suppose to get paid again very disappointed I was with them for years

I never leave reviews but I had to for this company because something about Mango isn't right and needs to be investigated! They closed my account with no notification. When I called for help the staff were very rude. After trusting them with my name, SS, address,recent transactions they said they could not assist or give a reason and the account is closed. Thank god I withdrew my money and didnt make another deposit before this happened. If anybody is thinking of purchasing a card from Mango PLEASE look elsewhere. Nobody should have to go through this experience.
terrible mango card closed out my account without telling me and i have had too many problems with the card its to easy for predators out there to get into and they stole my money of my balance i warn all those who do have retirement and SSA and SSI and SSDI do not bank with mango card services it has been reported to social security administration about this i found out it is not FDIC insured if your money is stolen its not covered like banks cover it up to $250,000 per account this one isnt, these people who work there do not speak well english... these people speak accent and are from some other company i think could be illegal aliens taking away our banks and companies i dont know who hired these idiots who took control of this.but you all should take your federal checks from SSA SSI SSDI and your retirement somewhere else you can trust that do not speak accent who are full american service not mango do not trust them i am urging anyone who does have account to contact sunrise banks in minnesota or where ever it is at and report anything suspicious and should not hire these people
I used to love my mango card until they switched from master card to visa. For some reason now all I have is problems with them, they mess up and won't deposit my money on time and it's taken me over a week one time to get my money and the only reason I got it that time was because my boyfriend made them stay on the phone for hours until it was on there. When they say they'll call you back they never do. I have had them for years and they were always great and customer service at master card helped if I ever had a question, now visa doesn't do anything to help. They lied to me before telling me they sent my money western union and I'd get an email with the number to pick up my money and after that hung up on me and when I checked my email there was no message from them so I kept calling and they would pick up and hang up on me, I was pregnant and extremely high risk and couldn't deal with them so I had to have my boyfriend do it because they were making my blood pressure too high. They didn't care that I had bills to pay and kids to feed. I DO NOT recommend them!!
they did this just now to me i am on retirement they stole my money and they are not americans they speak accent and most likely to be illegal aliens who claims to be americans they need to be reported to ICE for immigrants to have them found and checked out and ship them back to where they came from to stoo stealing our banks and companies in the US

Horrible card. They are under staffed no superviser at night. Rude and inconsiderate. They steal your money. Very bad company and sunrise is a great bank but need to end all business with shady mango card
yeah same here got he same problem they just closed my account out for no reason they are nasty people they are foreigners who are stealing our banks and companies to run them, in thier own way they dont own anything we do, you should contact ICE with immigrations to fidn these people and check them out and ship them back to thier country of origin and say bye bye thanks for stealing our banks dont come back to america again

This card has very low monthly fee compared to other debit cards, Plus there is only ATM transaction fee. This is a good card for everyone compared to other cards. Considering that other cards charge purchase fee's this card doesn't
they are rude and nasty service please listen carefully you need to call sunrise banks in thier state where that card came from and report this, and to ICE with immigrations get these foreign accent speaking people outta here

I got the card and could not load funds via Paypal as promised despite already having my bank account linked to paypal and linking the mango card into paypal. I talked to a customer service representative who had no idea what the problem was, just read from a script about how to trouble shoot; told me my call was being escalated with a phone call back in 2 days... I never received a phone call back. My second phone call to the company was exactly the same, no idea of what the problem could be. Just reading from a script telling me how to sign up on paypal. Closing this card and will pick a more reliable card with better customer service.
The worst experience I've ever had in banking. By far the worst company to deal with. I never write reviews but after six weeks of the worst service, lost funds and failure to keep their commitments I must offer a sincere warning to all current and future consumers. Buyer BEWARE, they will lose your money, fail to call you back. Change their rules and % rates without notification and will never make things right. The savings % that they offer is by far not worth the risk. If I could give negative stars.....I would
